Can I order (register) a new domain name when I order hosting with you?
Absolutely!! All you need to do is to click here. We'll charge your credit card only $12.95 per year (or $25.00 for 2 years). We can also transfer an existing domain for the same price, and it simply adds another year to your current expiration date.
Can I host any domain name with you that I already own?
You bet!! You can host any domain that you already have - .com, .org, .us, .tv, .whatever - any valid domain name. You don't have to purchase it through us, although you can. Once you have purchased domain hosting, we will send you an email that explains how to change the Domain Name Servers (DNS).
How do I transfer my existing site to your servers?
First, order your hosting package. You will receive an email with specific details to assist you with other steps that are needed.

To modify the DNS info on your domain name record, access your record through the registrar where you registered your domain name.

Next, modify your record to show the following name servers
Primary: NS5.mewebdns.com
Secondary: NS6.mewebdns.com

The change normally takes 24-48 hours to propogate through the internet.
Do you have NT hosting?
No, we do not offer NT hosting at this time.
Do you offer Dialup Internet Service?
No, although you can purchase unlimited service, including 5 email addresses, for only $12.50/month through our partner, Surfbest.
How do I access my website for updates and such?
There are two ways to access your website for updates. You can use FTP (File Transfer Protocol), or you can access your files through your Control Panel.
