What payment terms do you offer?
You may purchase your hosting on a quarterly, semi-annual or annual basis through your credit card.

We do not send invoices, however you will receive a reminder approximately 12 days before your next billing. This gives you time to make sure your credit card information is still current. And of course, we will contact you if your payment is declined.
Do you offer a refund?
We are so confident that you will be satisfied with our services... that we offer an Unconditional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee on your monthly hosting fee. Within the first 30 days of your webhosting, if you aren't completely satisfied, you will receive a full refund of your monthly fee (less 10% handling), no questions asked, provided you have signed and returned our Terms of Service. Please note that set up fees to activate your account (if any) are non-refundable.
Which portions of my hosting costs are refundable?
The hosting fee itself is refundable. Any setup fees, as well as purchase of additional services such as search engine promotion or webdesign are non-refundable.
Are domains refundable?
No. Domains are not refundable. Once you purchase a domain name, you own the license to that name for the period of time you paid for. Once that time period is up, you may choose to let the name expire, or you may attempt to sell it to another person.
How do I qualify for the 30 Day Guarantee?
By default, all clients receive a full thirty (30) day money-back guarantee provided they sign and return our Terms of Service. If you violate our content or spam restrictions, you will forfeit your hosting fees, even if it is still within the first 30 days.
